01 / YOUR BUSINESS SPACE
Storefront and exterior building signs
Exterior signs help customers identify a business from the street, parking area, or building approach. Options can include individual building letters, wall signs, rigid panels, backer panels, dimensional logos, and window graphics. The available sign area, viewing angle, facade material, existing building rules, and property approvals all affect which format makes sense. A photograph taken straight on and a second view from the customer approach are useful starting points.
Aluminum-composite panels, aluminum and other metals, acrylic, PVC, and routed dimensional materials can serve different design and mounting needs. A flat panel can carry a clear message across a broad surface; dimensional letters create separate forms on the wall; a backer panel can organize a logo and supporting information as one composition. Material choice should reflect the design, mounting conditions, exposure, finish, and expected upkeep.
Miami and South Florida sun, rain, and exterior exposure make finish and placement important parts of the discussion. Titans can help compare appropriate materials and coordinate permitting or property requirements when they apply. Approval depends on the property, sign type, jurisdiction, and reviewing authority. Explore custom exterior building signage for the detailed product scope.
Panels, raised letters, and facade graphics
An aluminum-composite panel (ACP) can create a flat, organized background for a business name, tenant information, or logo. Dimensional PVC or acrylic letters separate the brand mark from the facade; flat-cut or fabricated metal brings a different face and edge profile. A panel can also serve as a backer for letters when the composition calls for one. These formats are compared by artwork detail, desired depth, finish, wall material, exposure, mounting, and property criteria rather than treated as interchangeable materials.
Storefront glass can carry supporting hours, privacy, or campaign graphics, but coverage and viewing direction should be decided with the building sign. See custom window graphics for the glass product details.
Channel letters and illuminated business signs
When a business needs a distinct building identity or visibility after dark, individual channel letters or another illuminated sign may be a fit. Front-lit letters show light through the face; halo-lit or reverse-lit construction sends light toward the wall behind the letters. Backlit and edge-lit signs use different material and lighting arrangements. The logo shape, letter depth, wall color, surrounding light, viewing distance, and intended day-and-night appearance help determine which direction to explore.
Illumination adds project questions that an unlit sign does not have. The design needs room for the lighting components and a suitable power path. Site conditions, mounting, access, and electrical coordination must be reviewed. Titans does not perform electrical work; a qualified electrician is required where electrical work is needed. The exact responsibilities and connections are established for the project rather than assumed from a product name.
See channel letter signs and illuminated business signs for construction options and examples. Channel-letter projects may take roughly three to four weeks or longer depending on the approved artwork, materials, scope, permitting, and installation conditions; this is a planning range, not a completion promise.

Edge-lit dimensional acrylic
Light follows the visible acrylic edge around the letter or logo. A mirror, brushed or painted face changes the daytime look while the white or colored edge gives definition when switched on. Plan the wire route and power access with the wall layout.

Dimensional logo on a backlit panel
A board mounted on stand-offs carries the complete logo, with light glowing behind the panel. It keeps several logo pieces together and adds a lit background. The wall color, spacing and panel size affect how the glow appears.
Dimensional lobby, reception, and wall logo signs
Inside an office, clinic, restaurant, or customer-facing space, a reception logo can establish the brand at the point where visitors arrive. Dimensional letters and logos may be made from acrylic, PVC, solid metal, aluminum, wood, HDU, foam, or mixed materials when those substrates suit the project. Flat-cut metal can use brushed, polished, painted, or metallic-style finishes; acrylic can be clear, colored, layered, or paired with another material. Custom PMS color matching, matte and gloss paint finishes, and standoff mounting are available for appropriate projects.
The practical choice depends on the logo artwork, viewing distance, wall surface, desired depth, available clearance, finish, and how the sign will be mounted. A production proof should make the arrangement understandable: letter shapes, spacing, layers, component order, color, and mounting direction. A clean vector logo is helpful, but Titans can also review the best available artwork and help prepare or repair a file before production.
For a reception area, include a straight-on wall photo, approximate width and height, ceiling or furniture context, and any wall or landlord constraints. See office lobby signs and dimensional logo signs for focused guidance. The documented Parkside Brickell reception sign is a local example of matte, PMS-matched acrylic letters in a sales office; its materials and placement are project-specific, not a default specification.
In that Brickell sales-office project, half-inch acrylic, Pantone color references and a matte finish translated the approved logo into a raised reception feature. It is a useful example of matching the sign to a brand and an interior wall. The case study covers the project; the material choices above help you compare options for your own office.

Compare the edges, depth, finish and mounting in these real product photographs. The ranges below help you describe the look you want; the final construction follows your logo and wall.

Layered acrylic
Laser-cut acrylic letters commonly range from 1/8 to 1/2 inch thick; CNC routing can create pieces up to 1 inch. Choose painted colors, layers or decorative faces, including mirror acrylic and brushed-metal, wood-look or marble-look laminates.

Dimensional PVC
PVC creates raised letters without the weight of solid metal. Common thicknesses range from 1/4 to 1 inch, with painted colors and layered shapes for a reception logo or wall identity.

Fabricated metal with returns
Fabricated letters use thin steel or aluminum faces and sides joined into a hollow body. That gives substantial depth with less weight than a solid letter. Typical depths range from 3/4 to 5 inches; brushed or painted finishes change the appearance.

Brushed metal dimensional letters
Cast letters start with molten aluminum or bronze poured into molds. They are a heavier, premium option, commonly 3/8 to 3 inches deep, with brushed, painted or anodized finishes depending on the metal and design.

Flat-cut metal letters and logo
Flat-cut-out letters are cut directly from metal sheet. Options include aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, brass and copper, commonly from 1/8 to 1 inch thick. Stud mounting can lift the lettering off the wall to add shadow and depth.
Window graphics, frosted glass, wall graphics, and decals
Printed graphics can use storefront windows, interior glass, walls, and selected other surfaces to carry brand artwork, campaign messaging, or visual treatments. Depending on the design and placement, options include cut vinyl, printed graphics, perforated film, frosted-glass treatments, decals, and wall murals. These products can complement a building sign or carry the visual identity inside the space.
Before choosing a material, identify the exact surface, approximate dimensions, whether the graphic is viewed from inside or outside, and whether coverage should be partial or broad. Glass visibility and privacy, sightlines, cleaning, surface condition, and the expected service environment can affect the design. A photograph of the whole window or wall helps keep the artwork in proportion and makes seams, doors, mullions, and obstructions visible during planning.
Explore custom window graphics and decals or custom wall murals and decals when a surface graphic is the main need. The E-Com Industry office signage case study documents a real office project with signage and frosted-glass graphics.

Door signs, parking signs and directions around a property
Directional and wayfinding signs help people move through offices, warehouses, clinics, multi-tenant buildings, and commercial properties. A sign set may include a directory, room identification, parking direction, entrance information, or other messages needed along the visitor route. The message order matters: people need the right cue before they reach a decision point, not after they have passed it.
Map the route from arrival to destination and note the locations where a visitor could hesitate. Decide which information belongs on a directory and which needs a separate sign. Then review readability, viewing distance, mounting surface, sign size, contrast, and consistency with the property’s other identification. For a site with several buildings or tenants, confirm who owns the wording and how updates will be managed before fabricating a coordinated set.
Wayfinding can be planned alongside exterior identification and interior branding, but the exact number and placement of signs depends on the building and visitor journey. Share an annotated floor plan or simple route sketch and the team can help identify the information needed for a useful sign plan.
Door identification and parking instructions
Door and office signs can identify a room, suite, department or entrance. Explore indoor sign formats for identification throughout the space. Printed vinyl suits some glass-door messages; a separate rigid sign or dimensional identification may be a better fit elsewhere. Send the wording and mounting surface, and identify accessibility requirements for permanent room signs. A generic decorative sign should not be assumed to satisfy those requirements.
Parking signs need clear instructions at the point where drivers decide what to do: visitor parking, reserved spaces, entrances or loading areas. Review the panel size, mounting to a wall, fence or post, exposure and placement. Confirm property rules and any required wording for enforceable parking notices. For a multi-tenant Miami property, coordinate the parking message with the entrance directory so visitors can complete the same route.
02 / PROMOTIONS, PROPERTY AND EVENTS
Real estate signs, yard signs and property panels
A property sign has to make the listing and next action clear before a driver or pedestrian passes it. Real estate signs can use printed panels on a reusable vinyl post system, while smaller yard signs and open-house messages can use lightweight coroplast. Choose the support with the location in mind: a lawn, paved frontage and temporary event entrance do not accept the same stake or base.
For a Miami listing, put the main message first: for sale, for lease or open house. Then review brokerage branding, approved contact details and the viewing direction. Double-sided panels are useful when traffic approaches from both sides. A Coral Way frontage or residential street may need a different layout from a large commercial property facing a faster road. We review the actual address and sign area rather than assuming one standard panel works everywhere.
Panels, posts and repeat listings
Tell us whether you need the printed panel only, a complete real estate sign post system, or post rental services. Reusing hardware can make future listings simpler. Check existing frame dimensions and attachment points before ordering a replacement sign board.
The nearby Lederman Group Miami Beach case study shows a white vinyl post and crossbar with a full-color ACP listing panel and matte laminate. The separate panel and reusable support suit the listing format. Your artwork and property conditions need their own review.
Posters, foam boards and printed sign panels
Sometimes the product you need is a printed message on a board, not separate letters. Foam board sign printing suits indoor presentations, event welcome signs, product information and retail promotions. Posters give you a flexible printed sheet for a frame or other support. A mounted board adds stiffness when the print needs to stand on an easel or keep its shape.
Match the board to the setting
Foam board is a lightweight indoor option. Coroplast is a fluted plastic format used for yard signs and temporary messages. Printed PVC sign boards use solid plastic, while aluminum-composite panels (ACP) provide a rigid panel with aluminum faces. These choices differ in edges, weight, finish and fastening. Ask for the construction that suits the display and exposure, rather than treating every printed board as interchangeable.
A Downtown conference welcome board, a clinic’s framed poster and a property leasing panel have different practical needs. Confirm whether the sign will hang, rest in a frame, stand on an easel or attach to a wall. For a pavement or A-frame display, send the existing holder’s usable panel dimensions and explain whether you need inserts or a complete display. Hardware and printed inserts should be quoted as separate parts where appropriate.
Send the finished size, quantity, single or double-sided artwork and where it will be used. If the design includes fine text or a QR code, review it at the intended viewing distance before approving the proof. Explore the sign types and materials guide for more permanent and temporary constructions.
Banners and feather flags for promotions
Full-color banners work for openings, retail offers, event announcements and temporary messages across a larger area. A banner is flexible: it needs a planned attachment to a fence, wall, frame or other suitable support. Tell us how it will hang so the finished size and fastening can be considered together. A printed face alone does not solve the installation.
For a Calle Ocho promotion or a neighborhood event, lead with one readable message and keep supporting text short. A pedestrian looking at a storefront can read more than someone passing in a car. Outdoor placement also brings wind, rain and sun into the material and mounting discussion. Confirm property permission and a suitable support before choosing where to display it.
Flags that move with your promotion
Custom feather flags offer a taller, narrower format for an entrance, sale or event. The printed flag, pole and base form one display system. A ground stake needs an appropriate soft surface; a paved area needs a suitable base. Tell us the ground conditions, available space and whether the display will be packed away or relocated.
Keep the flag message compact and confirm how the graphic should read on the chosen construction. Include the date, quantity, display dimensions and whether hardware is needed. For a Doral warehouse opening, banners and flags can promote the event while a separate permanent building sign handles long-term identification. We can quote both parts without confusing their production or approval schedules.
Portable displays, event backdrops and retail stands
Displays need to work during setup, the event and the trip home. Tell us how much floor space you have, who will assemble the display and how often it will be reused. A compact stand for a sales presentation, a photo backdrop and a complete trade-show booth solve different jobs.

Retractable banners and portable stands
Retractable banner stands keep a tall printed message with its portable support. They suit presentations, reception areas and events where the graphic must be set up and put away. Confirm the finished display size, hardware and carrying requirements. If you already own a stand, send its model and graphic dimensions before requesting a replacement print.

Step-and-repeat and event backdrops
A step-and-repeat backdrop creates a repeated logo background for photographs. The catalog includes 8-by-10-foot backdrop options too. Match the size to the photo area, number of people and available space. Confirm whether the quote includes the printed backdrop, stand and transport bag.
Trade-show booths and branded event pieces
Trade-show display kits include options for different booth footprints. For a Miami event, start with the venue’s allocated area, layout rules and setup window. Backwalls, counters, brochure space and graphics should support what your team will demonstrate. Standing foam letters and branded photo-op displays can be considered alongside the printed pieces. Confirm stability, venue placement and transport, not only the face artwork.
Retail and point-of-purchase displays
Cardboard POP displays include floor and countertop formats for merchandising. Plan the product quantity, package dimensions, shelf load and replenishment access with the display artwork. A display that holds merchandise needs a structural review as well as an attractive print; it is different from a flat promotional board.
Branded tents and LED neon-style event signs
Canopy tents with a company logo and custom event tents add branded coverage to an event setup. Tell us which printed canopy parts, sidewalls and hardware you need. LED neon-style signs offer a different illuminated look for a logo or event message. Plan power access, support and transport with the graphic. These are separate display products, with their own construction and use requirements.
Business marketing can extend beyond the signs themselves. If the opening or event also needs printed handouts, menus or other collateral, include that in the request so the artwork and deadline can be coordinated across the order.
Decals, vehicle graphics and surface branding
A decal puts the message directly on an existing surface. The right vinyl, adhesive and finish depend on that surface and the intended use. Glass, painted walls, vehicle panels, floors and equipment should not automatically receive the same material. Send a photograph, dimensions, surface details and how long you expect the graphic to remain.

Vehicle graphics and removable branding
Vehicle lettering and graphics put a business name or service message on a car, van or fleet. Tell us whether you want a small identification graphic, larger panel graphics or a broader coverage review. Send the vehicle make, model, year and straight-on photos so seams, handles and windows can be considered. Magnets are another option for suitable metal surfaces; confirm the panel material and intended use before ordering.

Window, wall and door decals
Window graphics and decals can show hours, branding or promotions; frosted treatments can add privacy. Wall murals and decals cover a different surface and often a larger graphic area. Door wording needs particular care: opening hours, suite names and room labels should remain legible in the actual approach direction.
Floor and tabletop graphics
Floor decals can mark a route, event area or promotion, while tabletop graphics put branding on a usable surface. Tell us the substrate, cleaning routine, traffic and removal requirements. We review surface suitability and finish rather than promise the same result on every floor or table.

Labels, equipment and repeat messages
Small decals and labels can identify equipment or repeat an approved message across a facility. Supply the exact wording, dimensions, quantity and surface information. Where safety, accessibility or regulated information is involved, confirm the required content and applicable specification before approving production.
The nearby Pharmacy Hub Miami Gardens case study includes white vinyl door graphics, room signs and equipment decals alongside acrylic logos. It shows how one facility can need several practical sign formats, each sized and positioned for its own job.
03 / PLAN YOUR PROJECT
From artwork and site review to production and handoff
- Define the need. Identify what the sign should help a customer, visitor, or team member recognize or do. Note where it will be installed, the intended audience, approximate size, quantity, and desired date.
- Share the site and artwork. For printed signs and displays, send the artwork, finished dimensions, quantity, display support and receiving destination. For installed signs, add the address, straight-on and approach photographs, wall or facade measurements, and known landlord, property, access or electrical conditions. Identify who will assemble a portable display or install a shipped sign.
- Compare the construction. Review material, finish, lighting, layers, mounting, component order, and any permit or field-work needs that apply. A site survey can be considered when measurements or field conditions need to be established.
- Approve the proof. Check the design, size, spelling, colors, construction, spacing, and mounting direction. Production follows the approved proof and confirmed project scope.
- Produce and plan the handoff. Titans fabricates the approved sign and reviews the finished work. Local installation is planned for the actual site; suitable signs can also ship nationwide with project-appropriate protection, instructions, templates, or hardware when appropriate.
Each project has its own scope. A permit, landlord review, engineering need, inspection, electrical connection, and installation access may introduce separate steps. Titans can handle or coordinate applicable permit and project requirements, but no authority or property approval is guaranteed. The Miami sign permit guide explains the local size limits, permit steps and official contacts.
Miami-area installation, permitting support, and shipping
South Florida is Titans’ primary direct-installation market, with local work confirmed across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Installation outside South Florida can be reviewed and quoted for the project; depending on the scope, Titans employees may travel or the team may coordinate with a partner installer. A product page or shipment does not by itself confirm that a particular site can be installed without review.
Brickell and Downtown: from the building entrance to the reception desk
An office near Brickell City Centre or in Downtown Miami may need several signs to finish the visitor journey: a building or tenant name, entrance identification, a directory and a reception logo. Choose the lettering size for the actual approach, then keep room names and arrows consistent with the lobby branding. For a high-rise office, review the elevator arrival point and wall width as well as the logo itself. A close-view reception sign does not need the same scale or lighting as a name read from the street.
The Parkside Brickell sales-office case study shows half-inch acrylic with PMS-matched color and a matte finish. It is a useful reference for a dimensional interior logo; the full case study explains that particular project.
Wynwood: make the business name readable among the artwork
Wynwood’s murals and galleries make color and visual contrast especially useful parts of a storefront discussion. Where the surrounding wall is busy, a simple backer panel or clearly spaced building letters can give the business name its own readable area. Window graphics can carry hours or a promotion, while a wall mural can belong inside the space. Check a photograph from the sidewalk before adding more graphics: the logo still needs to be easy to find. For businesses open after dark, compare the daytime face with the illuminated appearance.
Design District: coordinate the sign with the storefront finish
For a boutique, showroom or customer-facing business in the Design District, compare the sign with the glass, stone, painted wall or other finish around it. Brushed or fabricated metal, layered acrylic and a carefully chosen lit logo create different edges and shadows. A close-up product photo helps you choose that detail; a wider storefront photo helps set the overall size. Keep window lettering and entrance identification coordinated with the main brand mark rather than giving every surface a separate style.
Little Havana and Calle Ocho: separate identity from changing messages
Along Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a shop or restaurant can separate its permanent business name from hours, menu information and changing promotions. Durable building lettering or a rigid wall panel can carry the main identity, with window decals or replaceable printed graphics for information that changes. Look at the entrance from both sidewalk directions and keep the door easy to identify. If your customers need Spanish and English wording, supply the approved wording in both languages so the proof can account for spacing and readability.
Nearby Doral: coordinate the building, glass and office signs
Doral is a separate Miami-Dade city, and its projects are useful nearby references when your order includes both exterior identification and interior branding. The E-Com Industry office project combines one-inch PVC letters and logos with printed wall graphics and frosted glass. It shows how an office identity can extend into meeting spaces and glass partitions.
For a larger exterior and interior sign package, the AerSale Doral case study includes illuminated building letters, monument lettering and an illuminated office wall logo. Use those examples to compare where each sign works; your own dimensions, construction, power access and property requirements still need review.
The exact property address also identifies the permitting jurisdiction. City of Miami requirements and Miami-Dade County requirements are not interchangeable. Start with the Miami building-sign permit process and Miami-Dade sign regulations guide, then confirm the authority responsible for your address. Allow an additional four to eight weeks for permit planning, separate from fabrication; review time depends on the submission and jurisdiction.
For exterior work, share the street address, building or property contact requirements, access notes, sign location, photographs, and any known approval or electrical conditions. Titans can assist with permitting, surveys, engineering needs, and landlord or property coordination when those apply. The requirements depend on the sign, property, mounting conditions, jurisdiction, and project responsibility. Electrical work is completed by a qualified electrician, not by Titans.
Most Titans orders are shipped or delivered. Pickup is also available through the Doral location; it is not a traditional walk-in showroom. Suitable completed signs can ship nationwide. The handoff may include project-specific packing, identification, installation templates, instructions, or hardware when appropriate. For an outside installer, confirm who is responsible for site measurements, permits, field conditions, and final installation review before production starts. See Miami sign installation services for the detailed local installation scope.
What affects sign cost and project timing?
Custom sign pricing depends on the product, finished dimensions, quantity, material, finish, lighting, artwork preparation, mounting, shipping, permits, and installation scope. A useful quote begins with enough information to distinguish fabrication-only work from a project that also needs design, site review, permitting support, or field installation. The general minimum order is $80; product-specific scope and exceptions are confirmed in the quote.
Printed posters, boards, banners, decals and portable displays have product-specific schedules; they do not automatically take the same time as a fabricated building sign. Tell us the deadline and whether artwork and hardware are ready so the quote can confirm production and delivery. For planning, typical custom dimensional sign work is roughly two to three weeks, metal sign projects are roughly two to four weeks, and some channel-letter work may take three to four weeks or longer. These are general ranges, not guarantees. Artwork readiness, proof approval, material selection, quantity, engineering, permits, electrical coordination, access, shipping, and installation can change the overall schedule. Allow an additional four to eight weeks for permits on projects that need them, separate from fabrication. Review time and approvals depend on the property, submission and jurisdiction.
Need a rush order?
Tell us the date you need the finished product when you request the quote. We work with customers on rush orders and try to accommodate the item and schedule. Some items can be eligible for same-day, next-day or three-day rush production. Availability depends on the product, quantity, materials, artwork and current workload. Custom fabricated or illuminated signs need a separate schedule review, especially when permits or installation are involved.
Warranty, repairs and maintenance
Some products carry a one-year warranty. If longer coverage matters for your project, ask before choosing the materials and lighting components: options with extended warranties are priced accordingly. We can pass along only the coverage available for the products used. Powder-coated metal items and signs using premium LED vendors tend to offer the longest warranty options, with the exact term and coverage confirmed for the selected product.
Titans can also help repair and maintain all of the products we supply. That help is available beyond a warranty discussion; it does not mean every repair or maintenance visit is included at no charge. Share a photograph, the product details and what needs attention so we can review the appropriate service and cost.
For a quote, share the artwork, intended location, approximate dimensions, quantity and target date. Let us know if you need shipping, delivery or installation, and whether rush production or a longer warranty is a priority. Those choices belong in the scope from the beginning.
Choose signs by the job they need to do
Titans of Print is a family-owned Miami-area sign company serving commercial customers across Miami-Dade from Doral since 2005. Order real estate and yard signs, door and parking signs, foam boards and posters, banners, feather flags, displays, decals and vehicle graphics, alongside custom building signs, LED channel letters and dimensional office logos. We help businesses, property managers, real estate teams and event organizers choose a format that fits the message, setting and budget.
A property listing, sale promotion, trade-show booth, office move and complete rebrand need different products. Tell us what people need to see and when you need it. We can help with artwork and design, printing, in-house fabrication, paint and finish choices, proofing, permitting when required, and installation. Custom sizes, laser cutting, CNC routing and PMS color matching let the construction follow your brand. Get a quote using the detailed sign form below.
Start with the job: sell a property, announce a promotion, explain a product, guide a visitor, build an event display or identify the business. A temporary printed sign may be the right answer; a permanent building logo is another part of the range. Use the product links below to compare the actual formats and ordering details.
A sign program works best when each piece has a clear audience and purpose. A customer approaching a retail entrance needs to identify the business. Someone already inside may need a reception logo, room identification, or directions. A property manager may need signs that make a tenant or visitor route legible across a building. These are related needs, but they do not all call for the same construction.
Start with where people will see the sign, how far away they will be, what message must be understood, whether the sign is indoors or exposed to weather, and whether it needs illumination. Then consider the surface, mounting method, finish, quantity, and installation access. A storefront package might combine a building sign with window graphics; an office project might pair a dimensional lobby logo with room and directional signs. Each component should support the same visual identity while remaining readable in its setting.
Business owners, facilities teams, property managers, contractors, designers, and marketing teams can share one brief and review the same production proof. That makes it easier to coordinate the logo, message, dimensions, colors, and installation conditions before a sign is produced.

Choose the finished product before choosing a material. A brushed-metal look could come from solid metal lettering or a decorative laminate over acrylic; those constructions have different edges, weights and prices. A printed board and individually mounted letters also solve different problems. The sign types and materials guide explains those distinctions.
Questions about hiring a Miami sign company
What types of custom signs can Titans make?
Our range includes real estate and yard signs, door and parking signs, posters, foam boards and rigid printed panels, banners, feather flags, retractable displays, event backdrops, trade-show and retail displays, decals, vehicle graphics and magnets. We also make building and wall signs, LED channel letters, illuminated signs, dimensional office logos, acrylic and metal signs, window graphics, wall murals and directional signs. The right product depends on its purpose, setting, support, size and deadline.
Can Titans design and install a sign?
Titans can help prepare or repair artwork, create a production proof, fabricate signs, and plan applicable local installation. The project is reviewed for site conditions and responsibilities. South Florida is the primary direct-installation market; installation elsewhere is reviewed and quoted. Electrical work is performed by a qualified electrician.
Does Titans handle sign permits?
Titans can handle or coordinate permitting and related project requirements when applicable. The process depends on the sign, property, jurisdiction, mounting, engineering needs, and electrical scope. Permit or inspection approval is determined by the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed.
Does the Miami location operate as a walk-in showroom?
The Doral location is primarily a pickup location, not a traditional walk-in retail showroom. Contact the team through the quote workflow to discuss a project, share site information, or arrange the appropriate next step.
Can Titans ship signs outside Miami?
Yes. Titans ships signs nationwide. Suitable projects can include instructions, templates, and hardware when appropriate. Installation outside South Florida is separately reviewed and quoted for the specific sign and site.
What should I send for a sign quote?
Share the best available logo or artwork, desired sign type, approximate finished dimensions, quantity, project address or shipping destination, indoor or outdoor use, photos of the site, target date, and known access, property, mounting, permit, or electrical conditions. More complete inputs help the team review the product and project scope.
Can one order include indoor and outdoor business signs?
Yes. An order can combine a building sign, window graphics and reception logo with banners, posters, door signs or event displays. Each product needs its own dimensions, quantity, artwork and support or mounting review. Send one brand file and list the components so the proof and quote can show the full order clearly.
How much does a Miami business sign cost?
Price depends on the sign format, finished size, materials, finish, lighting, quantity, artwork, mounting, shipping, permits and installation scope. The general minimum order is $80; the quote confirms the product-specific scope.
Can you help with a rush sign order?
Yes. We work with customers on rush orders and try to accommodate the product and deadline. Some items can be eligible for same-day, next-day or three-day rush production. Availability depends on the item, artwork, materials, quantity and workload. Fabricated or illuminated signs, permits and installation need a project-specific schedule review.
Do your signs have a warranty, and can you repair them?
Some products carry a one-year warranty. Longer coverage can be available with selected products or components and is priced accordingly; we can pass along only the coverage those products provide. Powder-coated metal items and premium LED vendors tend to offer the longest warranty options. We can help repair and maintain all products we supply, with the service scope and cost reviewed separately from warranty coverage.
How long does a custom sign take?
Printed posters, boards, banners, decals and portable displays have product-specific production and delivery schedules. For fabricated work, planning ranges are roughly two to three weeks for dimensional signs, two to four weeks for metal signs, and three to four weeks or longer for some channel letters. These are not guarantees. Proof approval, materials, permits, access, shipping and installation can extend the schedule. Ask about eligible rush options for your item and deadline.
