Custom acrylic signs
Choose acrylic by the face, edge, layers and finished setting
Custom acrylic signs can be produced as dimensional letters, clear or opaque panels, layered logos, printed signs, plaques, standoff displays and illuminated applications. The best construction depends on what the sign must communicate, how it should look from the normal approach and how it will mount to the finished surface.
Titans of Print helps businesses prepare artwork, compare acrylic treatments, approve the finished composition and plan production, shipping or professional South Florida installation.

What kind of acrylic sign fits the project?
Acrylic is a material family, not one finished look. Separate dimensional letters place the logo directly on the wall. A clear or opaque panel creates a defined perimeter and can carry printed graphics, lettering or layered components. Standoffs make hardware and spacing part of the presentation. A backer panel can organize several pieces or support lighting and contrast.
Start with the sign’s job: lobby identity, reception logo, suite marker, directional message, wall display, plaque or branded feature. Then review the background, viewing distance, surrounding finishes and whether the face, edge, hardware or transparent areas should remain visible.
Acrylic production options
How the material becomes the finished sign
The fabrication method, color treatment, surface finish, print and lighting should work as one approved construction.
Laser cutting and CNC routing
Laser cutting and CNC routing allow Titans to turn acrylic into individual letters, logo shapes, panels and layered components. Fine strokes, inside corners, overall size and the chosen acrylic thickness are reviewed before the production path is approved.

Custom color and a variety of finishes
Painted custom PMS colors, matte or gloss treatments, brushed-metal looks, mirrored acrylic and polished or metallic-style faces can change the same logo dramatically. Compare the treatment against the wall color, lighting and normal viewing distance before approval. See the full guide to acrylic sign finishes.

Full-color UV ink printing
Full-color UV printing places detailed graphics, patterns and color directly on the acrylic face. It is useful when the approved artwork includes more detail than a single painted color can reproduce. Printed coverage, transparency and the material behind the print should be shown in the proof.

LED lighting options
Acrylic can support edge-lit, halo-lit and other LED dimensional applications when the approved construction supports them. Lighting adds a power path, controls and access requirements, so it is planned with the wall and mounting method rather than added after fabrication.

Review artwork at finished size
Fine strokes, small counters, compact spacing and transparent areas can look balanced in a design file but behave differently when cut, printed or layered. The proof should show the complete composition at scale, including the visible panel edge, hardware, spacers, printed coverage and relationship to the wall.
Titans can help prepare or repair production artwork. For cut-letter detail, compare laser-cut acrylic letters. For dimensional acrylic material selection, review acrylic 3D logo signs.
Plan mounting with the surface
Smaller components may use an appropriate adhesive system. Larger pieces can use studs or mechanical attachment. Standoffs and spacers create a deliberate offset, while a shared backer can keep a multi-piece logo aligned and reduce separate wall penetrations.
Wall type, usable dimensions, access, property rules and the number of pieces affect the mounting plan. A template and hardware can be included with shipped signs when appropriate. Local installation is confirmed after the actual site conditions are reviewed.

Where custom acrylic signs work well
Acrylic can support polished office and commercial interiors without forcing every project into the same format. Lobby and reception signs often combine dimensional letters, panels or stand-offs. Door and suite markers can use smaller panels or printed details. Retail and branded walls can use layered components, clear panels or full-color applications.
For a visitor-facing arrival space, see office lobby signs. When the logo itself is the main wall component, compare logo signs for walls. The broader custom 3D logo sign guide helps when the material is not yet decided.

Acrylic, PVC or metal?
Acrylic is often chosen for crisp cut edges, glossy or clear surfaces, refined lettering, printed faces and panel-based signs. PVC can be a better fit for thick, lightweight dimensional letters and painted shapes. Metal may be preferred when a true brushed, polished, painted or fabricated metal construction is the central goal.
There is no automatic premium choice. The artwork, desired profile, edge, finish, mounting surface, environment and budget determine the best direction. Compare PVC 3D office signs and custom metal logo signs before approving a material from appearance alone.
How custom acrylic signs move forward
- Define the sign’s role.Confirm the message, audience, setting, dimensions, quantity and desired visual result.
- Choose the construction.Review letters, panels, layers, print, finish, lighting and mounting together.
- Approve the proof.Check copy, scale, spacing, colors, transparency, hardware and wall placement.
- Produce and inspect.Titans cuts, routes, prints, paints, layers or assembles the approved project and reviews the finish.
- Install or ship. The completed sign is prepared for professional local installation or the quoted delivery handoff.
Typical custom dimensional sign planning is roughly 2–3 weeks, but artwork readiness, print treatment, layers, finish, quantity, proof changes, packaging, shipping and installation conditions can change the schedule.
South Florida installation and nationwide shipping
Titans provides professional sign installation throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Measurements, wall conditions, access, property requirements and any applicable permits or engineering needs are reviewed for the specific project.
