Miami Sales Office Reception Sign | Parkside Brickell

A custom acrylic reception sign delivered on a tight sales-center launch deadline for one of Brickell’s newest luxury condo-hotel developments.

Project Snapshot

  • Client: Bi-Group / Brickell Park Group
  • Development: Parkside Brickell — luxury condo-hotel
  • Location: Brickell, Miami, FL
  • Scope: Custom 1/2″ acrylic 3D reception sign, PMS-matched, matte finish
  • Deadline: Tied to sales-center launch — delivered on time

The Project

A luxury residential sales office is where buyers form their first impression of a multi-million-dollar development. For Parkside Brickell, the new Bi-Group condo-hotel rising in Miami’s Brickell financial district, the reception sign had to do three things at once: carry brand quality, match the warm modern interior of the sales gallery, and be in place before the sales center opened to prospective buyers.

That last point set the constraint that shaped everything else — and it’s why Bi-Group brought in Titans of Print for the Miami sales office reception sign.

The Challenge

Sales-center signage doesn’t get a second chance. The reception piece had to be:

  • Brand-accurate from day one. Luxury developers operate to strict brand guidelines, and a color drift or finish mismatch undermines every other dollar spent on the sales experience.
  • Built for a finished interior. Install would happen inside a fully completed, furnished sales gallery — no margin for wall damage, mounting errors, or rework.
  • Delivered against a fixed launch date. When the sales center opens, the sign needs to be on the wall. No extensions.

In a market as competitive as Brickell pre-construction sales, the reception sign is part of the buyer’s first 30 seconds in the space. We treated it that way.

Our Approach

Custom 1/2″ acrylic fabrication. Half-inch acrylic gives the reception piece real dimensional presence — visible from across the lobby, without overpowering the room. Cut to the precision tolerances we apply to corporate signage for clients like Boeing, Ferrari, and Carnival.

Exact PMS color matching. Bi-Group’s brand standards specified the color, and we matched it precisely so the sign reads identically to every other touchpoint of the Parkside Brickell marketing system — from sales collateral to the website to on-site environmental graphics.

Matte finish, by design. Sales galleries are heavily lit, and gloss finishes catch reflection that fights the photographer’s lens during press shoots and buyer tours. A matte finish reduced glare and complemented the warm wood and earth-tone palette throughout the space.

Installation inside a finished interior. Our install crew worked inside a fully built-out sales gallery — protected the surrounding finishes, mounted clean, left the space ready for the launch.

The Result

The reception sign was on the wall in time for the sales-center opening, with the brand color, finish, and presence Bi-Group specified. The piece now anchors the lobby of one of Brickell’s most-watched new developments — and plays a quiet but persistent role in every buyer interaction that happens in the room.

Why Developers Choose Titans of Print for Sales-Center Signage

Sales galleries and presentation centers operate to a different standard than typical commercial signage. The wrong reception sign — wrong color, wrong scale, wrong finish, wrong day — costs more than just the sign. It costs you the first impression on a $1M+ buyer.

For more than 20 years, we’ve branded corporate environments for clients including Boeing, Carnival, Ferrari, Google, and ThyssenKrupp. The discipline we built doing that work — brand precision, finish control, install care, and the operational reliability to hit a fixed launch date — is what we bring to residential developers, architects, and marketing teams across Miami and South Florida.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sales office reception sign? A custom interior sign mounted in the lobby or reception area of a sales gallery or presentation center, used to reinforce brand identity from a buyer’s first step into the space.

Can you install in a finished sales gallery without damaging the interior? Yes. We routinely install in fully built-out, furnished spaces. Our crews protect surrounding finishes and mount cleanly — most installs leave the space ready for use the same day.

How long does it take to produce a custom reception sign? Standard production runs 7–12 business days after design approval, with rush options available when a launch date requires it.

Why is PMS color matching important for developer signage? PMS matching keeps your physical signage consistent with every other brand touchpoint — collateral, website, environmental graphics. For luxury residential, color drift reads as a quality issue to sophisticated buyers.

What materials work best for a luxury sales-center sign? Half-inch (or thicker) cast acrylic is the most common choice — dimensional presence, clean edges, precise color matching. Brushed aluminum, layered acrylic, and edge-lit LED options work for projects calling for different finishes.
