Miramar Office Conference Room Sign | VSE Aviation

A 7-foot routed aluminum logo wall built for VSE Aviation’s Miramar headquarters — corporate brand precision at conference-room scale.

Project Snapshot

  • Client: VSE Aviation
  • Location: Miramar, FL (Greater Miami area)
  • Scope: Custom ¼” routed aluminum logo wall, 84″ wide, metal finish, snap-stud mounting
  • Install: Conference room focal wall

The Project

For an aviation services company, the conference room is the room. It’s where airline procurement decisions get made, where suppliers pitch, where leadership sets direction. The signage in that room either reinforces the company’s authority — or quietly undermines it.

VSE Aviation engaged Titans of Print to produce a conference room logo wall for their Miramar office at a scale and finish level that matched the company’s position in the global aviation services market.

The Challenge

Conference rooms for aviation services companies operate to a different standard than typical office signage. The piece had to be:

  • Scaled without overpowering the room. At 84 inches wide, the logo wall had to anchor a corporate meeting space without dominating it. Too small and it disappears; too large and it crowds the table.
  • Built to corporate brand precision. Aviation companies operate to tight brand guidelines for the same reason they operate to tight engineering tolerances. A mis-cut letter, a wrong finish, a misaligned mount would have undermined the signal of the entire piece.
  • Finished to read “aerospace,” not “office.” Most office signage is acrylic or vinyl. For an aviation industry boardroom, the material had to communicate industrial credibility from first glance.

Our Approach

¼” routed aluminum. We chose ¼” aluminum as the substrate — the same material we’ve used on metal signage builds for aviation and industrial clients like Aersale and MSC. Aluminum machines to clean, sharp edges and holds dimensional rigidity at large scale, which lets a piece like an 84-inch logo wall read as engineered rather than decorative — the visual language aviation services companies operate in.

A brushed metal finish for an aerospace aesthetic. The finish reinforces the technical, operational identity of an aviation services company. In a conference room, that finish does quiet work in every meeting — clients reading it as a signal of precision before a word is said.

Snap-stud mounting for depth and alignment. Snap studs hold the logo a measured distance off the wall, creating dimensional shadow that lifts the piece visually and forces clean alignment across every letter. The mount also allows future re-installation without re-fabrication — useful for a growing company that may expand or relocate office space.

Scaled to 84 inches — sized for the room, not the wall. The width was specified to anchor sightlines from every seat at the conference table, not just from the doorway. Conference room signage that’s only visible to people walking in is missed signage.

The Result

The installed logo wall now anchors VSE Aviation’s Miramar office conference room sign as a permanent brand presence in every meeting the room hosts. The piece reads consistently across daylight and presentation-lit conditions, holds its finish under standard office wear, and presents the company at the standard the aviation industry expects.

Why Aviation Companies Choose Titans of Print for Corporate Signage

Aviation and aerospace companies don’t need decorative signage. They need branded environments that match the precision standards of their operational work — and a sign partner who understands the difference between an office and a corporate aviation facility.

We don’t work at airports, on aircraft, or in airside environments. What we do is build the branded environments where aviation companies operate every day: corporate offices, MRO facilities, hangars, warehouses, and the conference rooms where business gets done. Across more than 20 years, we’ve produced corporate signage for aviation and industrial clients including Aersale and MSC, and applied the same precision standards to VSE Aviation’s Miramar facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of aviation facility signage do you produce? Corporate office signage, MRO and hangar signage, warehouse and facility signage, and conference and training room signage for aviation, aerospace, and defense industry companies across South Florida and beyond.

Do you work at airports or on aircraft? No. We focus exclusively on the corporate facilities where aviation companies operate — offices, hangars, MROs, and warehouses. Airside signage, airport wayfinding, and aircraft graphics are not our scope.

Why is aluminum a strong choice for aviation corporate signage? Aluminum machines to clean, sharp edges and holds dimensional rigidity at large scale, making it well-suited for pieces that need to read as engineered rather than decorative — the visual language that aligns with the aviation, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Can you match strict aerospace corporate brand standards? Yes. PMS color matching and digital design proofs are part of our standard process, and we fabricate to tight color, finish, and dimensional specifications for clients with global brand guidelines. For projects where a physical material sample is critical before final approval, we can produce a sample piece on request.

How long does it take to produce a custom aviation office sign? Standard production runs 10–14 business days after design and proof approval, with rush options available when a launch, office opening, or executive visit requires it.
