Planning signs in Orlando

Orlando is a spread-out market. A Downtown office, a Winter Park shop, a Millenia retail center, a Lake Nona clinic and an International Drive hotel each need a different sign, read from a different distance and governed by different property rules. A sign on a busy road has a different job from a suite marker inside an office park, and a reception logo is judged close up, where letter depth, finish and spacing matter.

Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park, Mills 50, Baldwin Park, College Park, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Millenia, Metrowest, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and the International Drive corridor can orient a conversation. These are local context, not claims of work at those places. We confirm the actual property, mounting surface, visibility, access and landlord requirements with the buyer.

Central Florida’s strong sun and summer thunderstorms are hard on exterior finishes, so material, paint and mounting choices matter for outdoor signs. Exterior attachment is designed for Florida wind loads, and the reviewing authority may require sealed drawings.

For exterior work, send a straight-on building photo, a wider view of the approach, rough dimensions, sign location, surface, lighting preference and any property criteria. For an office, include wall or glass photos, logo artwork, viewing distance and finish preferences. Our Orlando channel letters, Orlando office lobby signs and Orlando exterior building signs pages go deeper on each product.

01 / YOUR BUSINESS SPACE

Storefront and exterior building signs

In Downtown Orlando, Winter Park or Millenia, a retail facade and an office entrance may be read from very different distances. Decide where a first-time visitor must recognize the business name, then keep the exterior message simple enough for that view. Door and window details can take over closer to the entrance. A sign made from separate letters will interact differently with the facade than a panel containing the whole mark. Compare both options against real wall photos, available sign space, and property criteria before choosing.

Aluminum-composite panels, aluminum and other metals, acrylic, PVC, and routed dimensional materials can serve different design and mounting needs. A flat panel can carry a clear message across a broad surface; dimensional letters create separate forms on the wall; a backer panel can organize a logo and supporting information as one composition. Material choice should reflect the design, mounting conditions, exposure, finish, and expected upkeep.

Central Florida sun, rain, and exterior exposure make finish and placement important parts of the discussion. Titans can help compare appropriate materials and coordinate permitting or property requirements when they apply. Approval depends on the property, sign type, jurisdiction, and reviewing authority. Explore custom exterior building signage for the detailed product scope.

Panels, raised letters, and facade graphics

An aluminum-composite panel (ACP) can create a flat, organized background for a business name, tenant information, or logo. Dimensional PVC or acrylic letters separate the brand mark from the facade; flat-cut or fabricated metal brings a different face and edge profile. A panel can also serve as a backer for letters when the composition calls for one. These formats are compared by artwork detail, desired depth, finish, wall material, exposure, mounting, and property criteria rather than treated as interchangeable materials.

Storefront glass can carry supporting hours, privacy, or campaign graphics, but coverage and viewing direction should be decided with the building sign. See custom window graphics for the glass product details.

Channel letters and illuminated business signs

For an Orlando logistics or warehouse property, the name may need to read from a vehicle approach before drivers identify the correct door. Illumination helps only when the letters are large and clear enough for that distance. Review the route in daylight and after dark, including nearby security lighting and competing tenant signs. A lit face, halo, or backlit panel can each serve a different wall and logo. Confirm electrical access, mounting, and service conditions as part of the design, while separate signs handle receiving directions.

Front-lit channel letters show light through the face. Halo-lit or reverse-lit letters direct light toward the wall behind them. Backlit panels and edge-lit signs use other material and lighting arrangements. Compare the face and edge in daylight as well as the illuminated appearance, then review letter depth, wall color, surrounding light, viewing distance and the power path.

Illumination adds project questions that an unlit sign does not have. The design needs room for the lighting components and a suitable power path. Site conditions, mounting, access, and electrical coordination must be reviewed. Titans does not perform electrical work; a qualified electrician is required where electrical work is needed. The exact responsibilities and connections are established for the project rather than assumed from a product name.

See channel letter signs and illuminated business signs for construction options and examples. Channel-letter projects may take roughly three to four weeks or longer depending on the approved artwork, materials, scope, permitting, and installation conditions; this is a planning range, not a completion promise.

The edge-lit example combines a dimensional face and illuminated perimeter; confirm the nighttime effect and power plan.

Edge-lit dimensional acrylic

Light follows the visible acrylic edge around the letter or logo. A mirror, brushed or painted face changes the daytime look while the white or colored edge gives definition when switched on. Plan the wire route and power access with the wall layout.

Backlit Clear Plaque Displays A Blue Abstract Symbol And Red Accent Dots On A Pale Wall.
The example shows light behind a panel edge; actual illumination depends on the approved design and installation conditions.

Dimensional logo on a backlit panel

A board mounted on stand-offs carries the complete logo, with light glowing behind the panel. It keeps several logo pieces together and adds a lit background. The wall color, spacing and panel size affect how the glow appears.

Dimensional lobby, reception, and wall logo signs

An Orlando office reception can carry a dimensional logo that signals arrival after exterior signs and suite markers guide the visitor inside. The wall’s proportions, desk position, and lighting should set the scale. A layered mark might retain small brand details; a clean wordmark may be better served by depth and a restrained finish. View it from the doorway and at check-in, not only from a centered camera angle. Room and glass signs can then handle movement through the workspace without overloading the reception logo.

Material options include acrylic, PVC, solid metal, aluminum, wood, HDU, foam and mixed-material construction where suited to the project. Flat-cut metal can be brushed, polished, painted or given a metallic-style finish. Acrylic can be clear, colored or layered. PMS color matching, matte or gloss paint and stand-off mounting help coordinate the final appearance with the logo and wall.

The practical choice depends on the logo artwork, viewing distance, wall surface, desired depth, available clearance, finish, and how the sign will be mounted. A production proof should make the arrangement understandable: letter shapes, spacing, layers, component order, color, and mounting direction. A clean vector logo is helpful, but Titans can also review the best available artwork and help prepare or repair a file before production.

Layered faces and edges are visible in this close-up; thickness and color combinations are chosen for the specific logo.

Layered acrylic

Laser-cut acrylic letters commonly range from 1/8 to 1/2 inch thick; CNC routing can create pieces up to 1 inch. Choose painted colors, layers or decorative faces, including mirror acrylic and brushed-metal, wood-look or marble-look laminates.

Raised White Samtech Solutions Letters And A Blue Emblem Mounted On A Navy Wall.
The photograph shows dimensional PVC letters on a dark interior wall; confirm the substrate and finish against the actual use.

Dimensional PVC

PVC creates raised letters without the weight of solid metal. Common thicknesses range from 1/4 to 1 inch, with painted colors and layered shapes for a reception logo or wall identity.

Close-Up Shows Angular Fabricated Metal Sign Letters With Deep Shadows On A Ribbed Wall.
A side view makes the returns and depth visible; the profile affects mounting clearance and appearance.

Fabricated metal with returns

Fabricated letters use thin steel or aluminum faces and sides joined into a hollow body. That gives substantial depth with less weight than a solid letter. Typical depths range from 3/4 to 5 inches; brushed or painted finishes change the appearance.

Cropped Close-Up Of Brushed Silver Raised Letters Mounted On A Pale Wall Panel.
The close-up shows a brushed face and dimensional edge; review finish direction and viewing distance.

Brushed metal dimensional letters

Cast letters start with molten aluminum or bronze poured into molds. They are a heavier, premium option, commonly 3/8 to 3 inches deep, with brushed, painted or anodized finishes depending on the metal and design.

White Dimensional Lettering And Curved Emblem Mounted On A Textured Brick Lobby Wall.
A flat-cut metal form follows the artwork outline; the wall remains visible around the letters.

Flat-cut metal letters and logo

Flat-cut-out letters are cut directly from metal sheet. Options include aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, brass and copper, commonly from 1/8 to 1 inch thick. Stud mounting can lift the lettering off the wall to add shadow and depth.

Window graphics, frosted glass, wall graphics, and decals

An Orlando storefront can keep its permanent name on the facade and use glass for hours, privacy, or a campaign that changes. Decide which information belongs at the door and which can live on a broader window area. A frost treatment may screen a meeting space while leaving other panes clear; a printed promotion can face the approach used by shoppers. Photograph frames, handles, and reflections before layout. If the same business also has wall graphics inside, give those a purpose beyond repeating what visitors just read outside.

Options include cut vinyl lettering, printed graphics, perforated window film, frosted-glass treatments, decals and wall murals. The product follows the surface, viewing direction, amount of coverage and intended use. An exterior-facing window promotion, an interior privacy treatment and a wall graphic need their own material and installation review.

Before choosing a material, identify the exact surface, approximate dimensions, whether the graphic is viewed from inside or outside, and whether coverage should be partial or broad. Glass visibility and privacy, sightlines, cleaning, surface condition, and the expected service environment can affect the design. A photograph of the whole window or wall helps keep the artwork in proportion and makes seams, doors, mullions, and obstructions visible during planning.

Explore custom window graphics and decals or custom wall murals and decals when a surface graphic is the main need.

White A-Frame Displaying The Storm King School Crest And A Yellow Left-Pointing Event Arrow On A Navy Panel.

An Orlando office park or warehouse can have separate routes for visitors, deliveries, and staff. Start by identifying who reaches each decision point and what they need to know there. A driver may need receiving directions before a turn, while a customer needs a clear parking and entry path. Building names, suite numbers, and door labels should use consistent terms across the site. Test the full trip from the likely approach so an arrow does not direct one audience through another audience’s entrance.

Map the route from arrival to destination and note the locations where a visitor could hesitate. Decide which information belongs on a directory and which needs a separate sign. Then review readability, viewing distance, mounting surface, sign size, contrast, and consistency with the property’s other identification. For a site with several buildings or tenants, confirm who owns the wording and how updates will be managed before fabricating a coordinated set.

Wayfinding can be planned alongside exterior identification and interior branding, but the exact number and placement of signs depends on the building and visitor journey. Share an annotated floor plan or simple route sketch and the team can help identify the information needed for a useful sign plan.

Door identification and parking instructions

Door and office signs can identify a room, suite, department or entrance. Explore indoor sign formats for identification throughout the space. Printed vinyl suits some glass-door messages; a separate rigid sign or dimensional identification may be a better fit elsewhere. Send the wording and mounting surface, and identify accessibility requirements for permanent room signs. A generic decorative sign should not be assumed to satisfy those requirements.

Parking signs need clear instructions at the point where drivers decide what to do: visitor parking, reserved spaces, entrances or loading areas. Review the panel size, mounting to a wall, fence or post, exposure and placement. Confirm property rules and any required wording for enforceable parking notices. For a multi-tenant property, coordinate the parking message with the entrance directory so visitors can complete the same route.

02 / PROMOTIONS, PROPERTY AND EVENTS

Real estate signs, yard signs and property panels

An Orlando property team may advertise an available space while keeping its building identity unchanged. Put stable property information on the main marker and changing leasing details on a replaceable panel where permitted. A passing driver needs a quick availability cue; an interested visitor can read contact details after stopping. Consider where the sign can stand without hiding behind parked vehicles or landscaping. For showings, use directional pieces only where they explain a real turn and remove or update them when the event changes. Compare Real estate signs for more product details.

Panels, posts and repeat listings

Tell us whether you need the printed panel only, a complete real estate sign post system, or post rental services. Reusing hardware can make future listings simpler. Check existing frame dimensions and attachment points before ordering a replacement sign board.

Posters, foam boards and printed sign panels

An Orlando sales presentation might travel between a conference room and a trade event. A mounted board can stand independently at the first venue, while posters may be easier to change in existing frames at the second. Decide which message must be understood across the room and which deserves close reading. Confirm supports and lighting in both places before final dimensions. A useful set can share branding without carrying the same amount of information on every surface. Compare Foam board sign printing for more product details.

Match the board to the setting

Foam board is a lightweight indoor option. Coroplast is a fluted plastic format used for yard signs and temporary messages. Printed PVC sign boards use solid plastic, while aluminum-composite panels (ACP) provide a rigid panel with aluminum faces. These choices differ in edges, weight, finish and fastening. Ask for the construction that suits the display and exposure, rather than treating every printed board as interchangeable.

A Downtown conference welcome board, a clinic’s framed poster and a property leasing panel have different practical needs. Confirm whether the sign will hang, rest in a frame, stand on an easel or attach to a wall. For a pavement or A-frame display, send the existing holder’s usable panel dimensions and explain whether you need inserts or a complete display. Hardware and printed inserts should be quoted as separate parts where appropriate.

Send the finished size, quantity, single or double-sided artwork and where it will be used. If the design includes fine text or a QR code, review it at the intended viewing distance before approving the proof. Explore the sign types and materials guide for more permanent and temporary constructions.

Banners and feather flags for promotions

An Orlando grand opening or trade event may need a temporary piece that announces the occasion and another that helps arrivals find the entrance. A flag can serve the approach; a banner can carry the fuller message where people slow down. First confirm the venue’s actual mounting locations, display dates, and exposure. Then write copy for each reading distance. Keep temporary dates apart from the lasting business identity, especially if the hardware or artwork may be reused for later events.

For a Calle Ocho promotion or a neighborhood event, lead with one readable message and keep supporting text short. A pedestrian looking at a storefront can read more than someone passing in a car. Outdoor placement also brings wind, rain and sun into the material and mounting discussion. Confirm property permission and a suitable support before choosing where to display it.

Flags that move with your promotion

Custom feather flags offer a taller, narrower format for an entrance, sale or event. The printed flag, pole and base form one display system. A ground stake needs an appropriate soft surface; a paved area needs a suitable base. Tell us the ground conditions, available space and whether the display will be packed away or relocated.

Keep the flag message compact and confirm how the graphic should read on the chosen construction. Include the date, quantity, display dimensions and whether hardware is needed. For an Orlando warehouse opening, banners and flags can promote the event while a separate permanent building sign handles long-term identification. We can quote both parts without confusing their production or approval schedules.

Portable displays, event backdrops and retail stands

An Orlando sales representative can choose a portable kit around the trips it will actually make: a short client visit, a staffed booth, or a demonstration. A single stand may carry the essential identity; a counter or backdrop becomes useful when the team needs a work surface or a broader visual field. Check booth footprint, packed dimensions, and assembly time before picking a system. Put the headline where it stays visible behind people, then leave detailed explanation for the conversation.

Retractable banners and portable stands

Retractable banner stands keep a tall printed message with its portable support. They suit presentations, reception areas and events where the graphic must be set up and put away. Confirm the finished display size, hardware and carrying requirements. If you already own a stand, send its model and graphic dimensions before requesting a replacement print.

Step-and-repeat and event backdrops

A step-and-repeat backdrop creates a repeated logo background for photographs. The catalog includes 8-by-10-foot backdrop options too. Match the size to the photo area, number of people and available space. Confirm whether the quote includes the printed backdrop, stand and transport bag.

Trade-show booths and branded event pieces

Trade-show display kits include options for different booth footprints. For an Orlando-area event, start with the venue’s allocated area, layout rules and setup window. Backwalls, counters, brochure space and graphics should support what your team will demonstrate. Standing foam letters and branded photo-op displays can be considered alongside the printed pieces. Confirm stability, venue placement and transport, not only the face artwork.

Retail and point-of-purchase displays

Cardboard POP displays include floor and countertop formats for merchandising. Plan the product quantity, package dimensions, shelf load and replenishment access with the display artwork. A display that holds merchandise needs a structural review as well as an attractive print; it is different from a flat promotional board.

Branded tents and LED neon-style event signs

Canopy tents with a company logo and custom event tents add branded coverage to an event setup. Tell us which printed canopy parts, sidewalls and hardware you need. LED neon-style signs offer a different illuminated look for a logo or event message. Plan power access, support and transport with the graphic. These are separate display products, with their own construction and use requirements.

Business marketing can extend beyond the signs themselves. If the opening or event also needs printed handouts, menus or other collateral, include that in the request so the artwork and deadline can be coordinated across the order.

Decals, vehicle graphics and surface branding

Orlando businesses may need branding on delivery vehicles, glass, walls, or equipment, but each surface is seen under different conditions. A vehicle should carry a concise mark across door seams and moving views; an entry can hold hours or a more specific instruction. Check surface condition and intended lifespan before selecting coverage. Photos of actual panels reveal trim, handles, and existing labels that artwork alone misses. If information changes often, keep that portion easy to update without reworking the stable identity.

Vehicle graphics and removable branding

Vehicle lettering and graphics put a business name or service message on a car, van or fleet. Tell us whether you want a small identification graphic, larger panel graphics or a broader coverage review. Magnets are another option for suitable metal surfaces; confirm the panel material and intended use before ordering.

Storefront Glass Doors With White Vinyl Lettering And Window Graphics

Window, wall and door decals

Window graphics and decals can show hours, branding or promotions; frosted treatments can add privacy. Wall murals and decals cover a different surface and often a larger graphic area. Door wording needs particular care: opening hours, suite names and room labels should remain legible in the actual approach direction.

Project examples and ideas for Orlando

At the TelesCorp Group project at 4545 36th St, Orlando, seven logos in 1/2-inch acrylic, painted silver and stud mounted, were laid out from paper installation templates on a large blue stucco wall and installed from a lift. It was a demanding job because the wall is large and carries several logos. See the TelesCorp Group Orlando case study.

03 / PLAN YOUR PROJECT

From artwork and site review to production and handoff

  1. Define the need. Identify what the sign should help a customer, visitor, or team member recognize or do. Note where it will be installed, the intended audience, approximate size, quantity, and desired date.
  2. Share the site and artwork. For printed signs and displays, send the artwork, finished dimensions, quantity, display support and receiving destination. For installed signs, add the address, straight-on and approach photographs, wall or facade measurements, and known landlord, property, access or electrical conditions. Identify who will assemble a portable display or install a shipped sign.
  3. Compare the construction. Review material, finish, lighting, layers, mounting, component order, and any permit or field-work needs that apply. A site survey can be considered when measurements or field conditions need to be established.
  4. Approve the proof. Check the design, size, spelling, colors, construction, spacing, and mounting direction. Production follows the approved proof and confirmed project scope.
  5. Produce and plan the handoff. Titans fabricates the approved sign and reviews the finished work. Local installation is planned for the actual site; suitable signs can also ship nationwide with project-appropriate protection, instructions, templates, or hardware when appropriate.

Each project has its own scope. A permit, landlord review, engineering need, inspection, electrical connection, and installation access may introduce separate steps. Titans can handle or coordinate applicable permit and project requirements, but no authority or property approval is guaranteed. The City of Orlando and Orange County each publish sign permit instructions: see the City of Orlando sign permit page and the Orange County sign permit page.

Delivery and installation for Orlando projects

Most orders are shipped or delivered. Orlando projects are made at our production shop and shipped or delivered to Orlando; we do not operate an Orlando showroom or pickup point. Titans has an experienced installer for Orlando-area work and works with local installers who can handle a range of jobs, with installation quoted for the sign and site.

For installed work, send the exact property address, sign-area photos, approximate dimensions and any landlord criteria. We can review site surveys, permitting and installation needs in the project scope. Electrical work requires a qualified electrician. Allow an additional four to eight weeks for permits when required, separate from fabrication; the City of Orlando, Orange County and nearby cities each have their own process, and the reviewing authority determines approvals and review time.

Suitable shipped signs may include templates, instructions and hardware. Confirm who will measure the site, accept the delivery and complete installation before production. Explore all service areas or send the project through the detailed quote form.

What affects sign cost and project timing?

Custom sign pricing depends on the product, finished dimensions, quantity, material, finish, lighting, artwork preparation, mounting, shipping, permits, and installation scope. A useful quote begins with enough information to distinguish fabrication-only work from a project that also needs design, site review, permitting support, or field installation. The general minimum order is $80; product-specific scope and exceptions are confirmed in the quote.

Printed posters, boards, banners, decals and portable displays have product-specific schedules; they do not automatically take the same time as a fabricated building sign. Tell us the deadline and whether artwork and hardware are ready so the quote can confirm production and delivery. For planning, typical custom dimensional sign work is roughly two to three weeks, metal sign projects are roughly two to four weeks, and some channel-letter work may take three to four weeks or longer. These are general ranges, not guarantees. Artwork readiness, proof approval, material selection, quantity, engineering, permits, electrical coordination, access, shipping, and installation can change the overall schedule. Allow an additional four to eight weeks for permits on projects that need them, separate from fabrication. Review time and approvals depend on the property, submission and jurisdiction.

Need a rush order?

Tell us the date you need the finished product when you request the quote. We work with customers on rush orders and try to accommodate the item and schedule. Some items can be eligible for same-day, next-day or three-day rush production. Availability depends on the product, quantity, materials, artwork and current workload. Custom fabricated or illuminated signs need a separate schedule review, especially when permits or installation are involved.

Warranty, repairs and maintenance

Some products carry a one-year warranty. If longer coverage matters for your project, ask before choosing the materials and lighting components: options with extended warranties are priced accordingly. We can pass along only the coverage available for the products used. Powder-coated metal items and signs using premium LED vendors tend to offer the longest warranty options, with the exact term and coverage confirmed for the selected product.

Titans can also help repair and maintain all of the products we supply. That help is available beyond a warranty discussion; it does not mean every repair or maintenance visit is included at no charge. Share a photograph, the product details and what needs attention so we can review the appropriate service and cost.

For a quote, share the artwork, intended location, approximate dimensions, quantity and target date. Let us know if you need shipping, delivery or installation, and whether rush production or a longer warranty is a priority. Those choices belong in the scope from the beginning.

Design, production and your site

Choose a sign for its job

Building, storefront and entrance signs

Exterior lettering must read from the approach and suit the facade, mounting surface and property rules. Options include dimensional letters, channel letters, illuminated signs, wall signs and monument signs. A quote can compare depth, finishes, lighting, mounting and visibility. Monument signs are available for suitable projects; very large systems are not a focus. Exterior, structural or illuminated work may need property approval, engineering, permits or inspection. Requirements depend on the site, and approval is decided by the relevant authority or property owner.

Lobby logos and interior identity

Reception signs can use acrylic, PVC, aluminum or other dimensional materials with flat, layered, brushed, painted, matte, gloss, printed or illuminated finishes suited to the project. Standoffs and backers change wall depth and shadow. Frosted film can add privacy to glass; cut or printed graphics can show hours and brand marks. Murals and posters extend identity through meeting rooms, studios and customer areas.

Wayfinding, parking and operational signs

Door and suite IDs, directories, room names, directional signs, parking notices, safety messages and warehouse identifiers help people navigate or follow site rules. Provide exact wording, count, locations and viewing distance. For multi-tenant properties, include the naming convention and any changeable-panel needs. Required regulatory wording should be confirmed for the application.

Real estate and temporary signs

Real estate boards and yard signs identify listings, developments, services or campaigns. Share quantity, finished size, one- or two-sided artwork, placement method and expected reuse. Construction panels and reflective materials may suit some logistics settings; A-frames work for some temporary promotions. Choose the surface and mounting for the time the sign will remain in place.

Banners, flags, displays and decals

Banners, retractable stands, feather flags, trade-show graphics, counters, backwalls, branded panels, floor graphics and point-of-purchase displays support events and promotions. Venue, transport, setup and reuse help determine material and hardware. Hems, grommets, stands and kitting can be included in the scope. Rush work may be possible for eligible items when capacity allows.

Cut vinyl, printed decals, frosted or perforated window film, wallcovering and floor graphics depend on surface, exposure and removal needs. Share whether the graphic is indoors or outdoors, the surface condition and expected lifespan. Floor graphics need a suitable slip-resistant product; wall graphics depend on paint, texture and preparation. Proofs can confirm dimensions, color and placement.

Materials, artwork and timing

Aluminum and ACM, acrylic, PVC, metal, wood, HDU, foam and films differ in weight, finish and exposure. Choose for size, mounting, indoor or outdoor use, appearance, maintenance and budget. UV inks, laminates, coatings and outdoor-rated films can be considered for sun, rain and wear.

Titans has operated since 2005 and supports design, proofing, file preparation, in-house sign fabrication, CNC routing, laser cutting and color matching. Send vector artwork, a logo, reference image or concept. Review spelling, color, dimensions, locations and orientation on the proof before production.

Plan roughly two to three weeks for many custom dimensional signs, two to four weeks for metal work, and three to four weeks or longer for some channel-letter projects. These are estimates, not guarantees. Materials, finish, quantity, proof approval, permits, electrical work, access and shipping affect timing. Permit review can add time. Rush requests depend on the item, readiness, capacity and deadline.

Quote, approval and fulfillment

  1. Scope: list sign types, quantity, location, size and target date.
  2. Review: assess artwork, photos, surface, materials, mounting and lighting; arrange a survey if needed.
  3. Proof and approvals: confirm the design and identify property, engineering or permit steps. Titans can handle or coordinate applicable permitting; approval remains with the authority or property owner.
  4. Production and handoff: fabricate and finish approved pieces, then ship, deliver, ship or deliver to Orlando and quote installation with our Orlando-area installer. Work in other areas is reviewed for employee or partner installation options.

Titans does not perform electrical work; a qualified electrician is required where electrical service is needed. When appropriate, signs can ship with hardware, templates and instructions. Send artwork, a sign-area photo, approximate dimensions, quantity, use, finish or lighting preference, destination, deadline and known property conditions for a useful estimate.

Some products include a one-year warranty; confirm coverage for the selected item. Extended manufacturer-backed options may be available for some products. Titans can help repair and maintain its products, with service and coverage depending on the item and issue. Questions about signs in Orlando

Is there an Orlando showroom or pickup location?

No. Titans of Print does not operate an Orlando showroom. Orlando projects are quoted online, made at our shop and shipped, delivered or installed locally.

Can you help with a sign permit?

Titans can handle or coordinate permitting when required. Steps depend on the property, jurisdiction, sign type, mounting and electrical scope. The authority or property owner decides whether the application is approved.

Do you install signs in Orlando?

Titans of Print makes signs at our production shop and ships or delivers them to Orlando. We have an experienced installer for Orlando-area work and work with local installers who can handle a range of jobs, so mounting can be planned for your property. We do not operate an Orlando showroom; the quote confirms who measures the site, who installs and the schedule. Electrical work requires a qualified electrician.

How long does a custom sign take?

Many dimensional signs need roughly two to three weeks; metal work often takes two to four weeks, and some channel-letter projects take three to four weeks or longer. These are estimates affected by approvals, materials, proof timing, access and shipping. Rush availability depends on the item and schedule.

Can you match our brand colors?

PMS/Pantone and HEX targets can guide matching across print, paint and films. A proof or swatch helps set expectations across materials.

What should I send for a quote?

Send artwork, a sign-area photo, approximate dimensions, quantity, indoor or outdoor use, finish or lighting preference, deadline and destination. Include known property or permit conditions.

Does every sign include a warranty?

No. Some products include a one-year warranty; confirm coverage for the selected sign. Titans also helps repair and maintain its products, with coverage depending on the item and issue.

Orlando production, installation and related guides

Keep the production details in the brief

Brand files, Pantone or HEX references, photographs and rough ideas can all help establish the design. We can prepare vector layouts, production proofs and shop drawings around the sign area and property criteria. A swatch proof is useful when printed graphics, paint and vinyl need to work together.

CNC routing supports aluminum, aluminum-composite material, PVC, HDU and wood; laser cutting produces polished-edge acrylic letters and inserts. Illuminated work also needs an LED layout and a plan for service access. Raceways, stand-offs, anchors and mounting hardware belong in the construction review.

For installed graphics, review the surface preparation and application method. The installation scope can include mounting, alignment and final cleanup. Evening or weekend scheduling may be available to reduce disruption; discuss the operating hours and access before agreeing a date.

Printed graphics and event kits

Cast and calendared vinyl, perforated window film, fabric, mesh, wallcoverings and specialty films have different uses. Lamination, hems, grommets, trim and hardware should follow the product and support rather than be assumed from the artwork.

Event or opening kits can combine retractable banners, backwalls, counters, hanging elements, branded panels, floor graphics and directional signs. Grouped packs and setup sheets make the handoff clearer. Temporary graphics still need a surface-suitability review.

Suite identification, changeable inserts, construction and safety signs, POP counter displays and LED cabinet signs can be considered alongside the broader products above. Confirm the exact wording, support and any applicable specification in the quote.

Our work includes project environments tied to VSE Aviation, AerSale, Shantui, Best Buy and other businesses. These examples show the range of commercial work; the linked case studies identify the documented projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Titans of Print! We hired them to create and install huge floating pool letters for a corporate conference in South Florida, and their final product exceeded our expectations. Their team was easy and professional to work with, and the letters were such a staple at our evening reception. Totally recommend them for future events!

If I could rate it 10 out of 5 stars I would. I had a client who needed prints the same day. Only problem was I was a thousand miles away. I called Titans of Print and they had my project in the works almost instantly and coordinated the courier to get my client what she needed before the end of the day. Great printer & helped me out in a pinch. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with this printing business. From the moment I reached out, the communication was clear, professional, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and offered helpful suggestions to make the final product even better. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the prints exceeded my expectations—clean, vibrant, and professionally finished. What really sets this business apart is the level of care and pride they put into their work. You can tell they’re passionate about delivering results their clients can be proud of. If you’re looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and top-notch print quality, I highly recommend supporting this business. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects.

I needed a custom printed feather flag asap, and Titans of Print was the only place that accepted my job. I called at least 10 other print shops in the area and no one was even willing to entertain the idea of my job due to the quick turn around. Not only did they deliver but I made it even harder on them by adding a custom printed table cloth and they were still able to deliver both items on time and of high quality. Customer service was top notch. They were very patient with me and my request, super helpful and genuinely kind. I’m very grateful to have found them and will 100% use them again.

We used Titans of Print for a pic panel on our Modani Miami parking gate and it looks amazing. The whole process was smooth, the price point was more than fair, and the team was great to work with. Very nice experience overall — highly recommended!
