Events Signage
Built for
Real Deadlines

When the deadline is non-negotiable and the install has to be perfect, planners and brand teams call Titans of Print. Our events signage work includes a 25-foot floating foam letter install at the St. Regis Miami Beach, brand activation signage produced for major consumer brands, and step-and-repeat backdrops for corporate launches. We work with weddings, quinceañeras, brand activations, and product launches across South Florida — where the deadline is not negotiable.

What We Do

Events Signage
That Matches the
Moment

Events signage communicates who you are before the first guest takes a seat. It signals whether the producer behind the event is as polished as the brand on the invitation — or whether something was rushed, missed, or quietly handed off to whoever was available.

At Titans of Print, we specialize in events signage for the physical environments where celebrations and activations actually happen: hotel ballrooms, beachfront venues, private estates, rooftops, conference floors, and sales offices. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t produce generic work. Every project gets treated with the same rigor the planner brings to the rest of the event.

Our work in the events space includes brand activation signage and step-and-repeat backdrops produced for some of the most recognized consumer brands operating in the Miami market — including Google, Best Buy, Ferrari, Johnnie Walker, Facebook, and Burger King. One of our most demanding events projects to date was a 25-foot floating foam letter install at the St. Regis Miami Beach for a HarbourView activation, produced and delivered in a five-day window. Each project stands on its own. What ties them together is the standard we hold to every job — accurate proofs, real deadlines, finished installs.

We’ve been doing this for over 20 years from our Doral facility, minutes from MIA. We understand the pace, the load-in windows, and the zero-tolerance environment events operate in. We’ve built our processes to match.

Our Capabilities

Events Signage Services
for Every Type of Celebration

We produce events signage and branded materials across six core categories. Each one is engineered for the demanding environments events operate in — venues with strict rules, deadlines measured in hours, and clients who notice when something is slightly off.

Events Signage Miami | Brand Activations &Amp; Celebration Production Custom Foam Letters And Floating Pool Signage

01.

CUSTOM FOAM LETTERS & FLOATING POOL SIGNAGE

Foam letters are the most-photographed sign at any personal event. Names, monograms, ages, dates, brand words — cut from high-density foam, finished smooth, painted or wrapped in any color. We've built standing foam letters anywhere from 12 inches to 8 feet, and floating foam letters up to 25 feet long. The St. Regis Miami Beach project was 25 feet of buoyant, color-matched foam, installed in the resort pool before sunrise, photographed all day, removed without a mark on the venue.

02.

STEP-AND-REPEATS & BRANDED BACKDROPS

The most photographed sign at any corporate event. The logo pattern goes behind every press shot, every sponsor moment, every grip-and-grin. We've produced step-and-repeats for major consumer brand activations. Fabric (matte, wrinkle-resistant, ships flat) or vinyl (heavier, slight sheen, better outdoors). Standard 8x8 and 8x10, or cut to any dimension the venue allows. Hardware included. Install when the schedule calls for it.

Events Signage Miami | Brand Activations &Amp; Celebration Production Step And Repeats And Branded Backdrops

Events Signage Miami | Brand Activations &Amp; Celebration Production Wedding And Quinceanera Signage

03.

WEDDING & QUINCEAÑERA SIGNAGE

Welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, menu boards, monograms, custom hashtag signs, ceremony backdrops, photo walls, dance floor decals, neon-style LED signs, and the giant foam letters everyone wants for the cocktail hour. We proof everything. We color-match. We deliver the day before, or the morning of, depending on what the venue allows. Personal events have personal stakes — the tolerance for ``close enough`` is zero, and we operate accordingly.

04.

BRAND ACTIVATION & CORPORATE EVENT SIGNAGE

Product launches, sponsored experiences, conferences, sales kickoffs, ribbon cuttings. We've produced full activation packages involving step-and-repeats, directional signage, registration desks, sponsor walls, photo moments, branded environments, hanging banners, floor decals, and giveaway materials. The corporate side usually comes with a brand standards PDF, a project manager who needs proofs by EOD, and a venue with a 4 PM loading dock cutoff. We handle all of it.

Events Signage Miami | Brand Activations &Amp; Celebration Production Event Banners Flags And Outdoor Signage

05.

EVENT BANNERS, FLAGS & OUTDOOR SIGNAGE

Step-and-repeats live indoors. Banners and flags live outside. Pole banners, feather flags, hanging fence banners, retractable stands for entry points, A-frames for directional, mesh banners that survive wind. We print on substrates rated for outdoor use, finish with grommets or hem-and-pole-pocket depending on install location, and deliver in time for venue setup.

06.

TRADESHOW DISPLAYS & EVENT POP-UPS

Booth backdrops, tension fabric displays, table throws, branded counters, hanging banners, retractable stands, modular kits. Tradeshow is a sibling category to events — same constraints, same deadlines, slightly different production. If you're producing a brand activation that's part-event, part-tradeshow, we do both under the same project.

Also Available

Supporting Materials for Events & Brand Activations

Beyond signage, Titans of Print produces the full range of branded materials events need to look consistent across every touchpoint. Logoed apparel for production teams, brand ambassadors, and street teams. Promotional products for guest gifts, swag bags, and sponsor giveaways. Print collateral including programs, menus, invitations, and branded handouts. Large-format printing for signage walls, presentation graphics, and oversized prints.

Having one vendor for all of this is not just convenient — it ensures brand consistency across every format, because we’re working from the same files, the same color standards, and the same understanding of the brand. No translation errors between vendors. No inconsistencies that undermine the credibility the producer has built.

Our Honest Positioning

Events Signage
Done Right — Not Oversold

Some signage vendors will claim they do everything. We’ve built our reputation on doing what we do exceptionally well and being transparent about what falls outside our scope. That honesty is part of why planners and brand teams trust the work we deliver.

WHAT WE DO – EXCEPTIONALLY WELL

✔ Custom foam letters — standing and floating

✔ Step-and-repeats and branded photo walls

Wedding and quinceañera signage packages

Brand activation and product launch signage

Event banners, flags, and outdoor signage

Tradeshow displays and event pop-ups

WHAT WE DON’T CLAIM – AND WON’T

Our focus is the printed, fabricated, and installed signage that fills the venue and shows up in every photograph. That’s where we’ve built real experience with real clients, and that’s where we deliver the most value.

Client Work

Events Signage in Action

We don’t lead with hypotheticals. Here’s a look at the events signage work we’ve actually done — and what it accomplished for the clients involved.

Why Titans of Print

What Planners and Brand Teams Get
When They Work With Us

Event planners and brand teams are not like other clients. You manage compressed timelines, venue rules, demanding stakeholders, and last-minute changes that arrive on Thursday for a Saturday install. You’ve worked with vendors who overpromised, missed deadlines, or sent back work that didn’t match the proof. We know — because we’ve heard these stories before we got the call.

Titans of Print is built differently. We’ve operated for over 20 years from Doral — minutes from MIA and central to most South Florida venues — because proximity and reliability are not negotiable when your event can’t be rescheduled. We turn complex multi-format event signage projects into one point of contact, one timeline, and one quality standard.

Here’s what that looks like in practice: you describe the event — wedding at the St. Regis, product launch at the Faena, quinceañera at a private estate, sponsor activation at a conference — and we develop the production plan. Design, production, materials, delivery, and install all handled by the same team. You get accurate proofs before anything goes to print. No surprises at the venue.

One contact for the entire project. Events fail when vendors get fragmented. When your foam letters come from one shop, your step-and-repeat from another, and your seating chart from a third — and none of them are talking to each other — you end up with mismatched colors and a panicked planner the morning of. We handle the full scope under one roof, one relationship, one accountability chain.

20 years of production experience. That’s not a marketing number. It means we’ve seen the problems that come with complex events signage — tight lead times, late art changes, venue restrictions, weather complications — and we’ve built systems to manage them.

Doral location — minutes from MIA and most South Florida venues. Local matters in events. Local means we can be at the venue in 20 minutes if something needs a hand. Local means delivery is a van trip, not a freight booking. Local means the producer can stop by the shop on the way to a site visit.

Honest scoping, every time. If your project falls outside what we do exceptionally well, we’ll tell you — before you’ve invested time in a quote process. We’d rather lose a job outside our wheelhouse than underperform on something that should have gone elsewhere.

How It Works

Our Events Signage
Project Process

Events signage projects fail when vendors underestimate complexity and skip steps. Our process is structured to prevent that — from first call to final install. Here’s what working with us looks like.

01.

Discovery & Scope

We start by understanding your event, your brand standards, your venue, and your timeline. Not every event is the same — a wedding, a product launch, and a tradeshow each have different constraints and dependencies. We map these out clearly before anything else happens.

02.

Design & Proofing

Our team develops production-ready artwork based on your brand guidelines or your designer’s files. You review accurate proofs — not approximations — before we go to production. For color-critical projects, we offer a paid hard-proof sample piece so you can approve the actual finish on the actual material under the actual light. Changes are easier and less costly here than anywhere else in the process.

03.

Production

Events signage requires careful material selection, precise color matching, and quality checks before anything ships. We produce in our Doral facility — printing, finishing, foam fabrication, fabric printing, and assembly all under one roof. We produce to the specifications approved in proofing — no substitutions without your sign-off.

04.

Delivery & Installation Coordination

Finished work is delivered the day before or the morning of the event. We coordinate with the venue, follow load-in rules, bring our own install team when the project calls for it, and confirm completion with a photo set sent to the producer before they have to ask. For projects that require tear-down or save-and-return, we handle that too.

Who This Is For

Planners, Producers, and Brand Teams
We Serve

Our events signage work is designed for wedding planners, event producers, and corporate brand teams who need a vendor they can trust to execute without constant supervision. The clients who get the most from working with us tend to share a few characteristics.

They’re managing multiple priorities simultaneously and need an events signage vendor who can take a brief and run with it. They’ve been burned by vendors who overpromised, missed deadlines, or produced work that didn’t match the approved proofs. They understand that brand consistency at an event is not a cosmetic concern — it reflects production discipline and protects the reputation of everyone involved.

We work with wedding and quinceañera planners who need a signage partner who understands proofing cycles, brand consistency across packages, last-minute color changes, and same-week production turnarounds.

We work with event production companies who need a partner who can interpret a rendering, push back on what won’t work, and deliver something that matches the design intent without 14 rounds of proof revisions. We’ve collaborated on high-stakes installs alongside producers including Angi & Co and Captivate Productions, where the production window was tight and the install had no margin for error.

We work with corporate brand and marketing teams at major consumer brands who need brand-accurate, on-deadline, proof-of-delivery-confirmed event signage.

We work with venue and hotel partners who refer us when their in-house preferred-vendor list has a gap — usually for custom builds that go beyond what an a-la-carte print shop can produce.

If you’re producing a wedding or personal celebration, you care about color match, finish quality, and the proof being right the first time. Personal events have personal stakes. We operate accordingly.

If you’re managing a brand activation, you care about reliability, accurate quoting, and clean documentation. We provide written quotes with specs and dates spelled out, deliver against the terms we agree to, and confirm install with photos.

If you’re planning a tradeshow or sponsored experience, you care about hitting a hard deadline without compromising quality. Most signage vendors can’t do this. We’ve built the business around it.

Whatever brings you to this page, the conversation starts the same way: tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help — and how.

Frequently Asked Questions

Events Signage —
Questions We Hear Often

What types of events signage does Titans of Print specialize in?

We specialize in events signage for the venues where celebrations and activations actually happen — hotel ballrooms, beachfront venues, private estates, conference floors, and sales offices. That includes custom foam letters (standing and floating), step-and-repeats, wedding and quinceañera signage packages, brand activation environments, event banners and flags, tradeshow displays, and directional signage. We also produce logoed apparel, promotional products, and print collateral for events.

How fast can you produce events signage?

Standard production is 5-7 business days from approved proofs. Rush production at 2-5 days is regularly possible depending on scope and our current calendar. The 25-foot floating sign at the St. Regis was 5 days from kickoff to install. Tell us the date, and we’ll tell you what’s possible. If your event is in the next 7 days, please also call our Doral shop after submitting so we can confirm the timeline today.

Do you install, or do you only deliver?

Both. Small pieces typically deliver to the planner or the venue. Large or complex installations — step-and-repeats, foam letters, branded environments, anything overhead — usually include our install team. Install scope is quoted line by line, so you see exactly what’s included.

What brands and producers have you worked with?

Our events signage portfolio includes brand activation work and step-and-repeats produced for Google, Best Buy, Ferrari, Johnnie Walker, Facebook, and Burger King. On the production side, we’ve collaborated with companies including Angi & Co and Captivate Productions — most notably on the 25-foot floating foam letter install at the St. Regis Miami Beach for HarbourView. Each project has been earned on its own merits. We don’t claim recurring partnerships we haven’t earned yet — we let the work speak project by project.

Do you produce signage for personal events, or only corporate?

Both, equally. Weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and personal celebrations are a significant part of our events work. Corporate activations, product launches, conferences, and brand experiences are the other half. We bring the same proofing rigor and production standards to a quince welcome sign as we bring to a corporate step-and-repeat.

Can you match our brand colors exactly?

We color-match to Pantone references or to a printed sample you send us. For color-critical projects — sponsor logos, branded environments, sponsor walls — we recommend a paid hard-proof sample piece before full production so you can approve the actual finish on the actual material under the actual light. The sample fee is small. The cost of guessing wrong is not.

Do you ship events signage outside of South Florida?

Yes. While our base is in Doral, we produce and ship freight-shippable events signage (banners, step-and-repeats, retractable stands, tradeshow displays) nationally on request. Foam letters and oversized custom builds are harder to ship safely, so we usually keep those projects within drive distance.

What areas do you install events signage in?

We install across South Florida, including: Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Aventura, North Miami, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys.

Not local? No problem — we can ship your events signage directly to you, along with installation instructions and a walkthrough video to guide your venue’s install team.

How do I get started with an events signage quote?

Use the quote request form on this page or reach out through our contact page. The more detail you can share — event date, venue, scope, and any brand guidelines — the faster and more accurate our response will be. We typically respond to new inquiries within one business day. If your event is time-sensitive, note that in your message and we’ll prioritize accordingly.

South Florida Events Signage

Doral-Based.
Event-Ready.

South Florida is one of the busiest events markets in the country. Weddings and quinceañeras run year-round. Major brands choose Miami for activations and product launches. Hotels like the St. Regis, the Faena, the Four Seasons, the Loews, and the W host events nearly every weekend. Conference and tradeshow traffic through Miami Beach Convention Center fills the calendar between.

Titans of Print operates from Doral — which puts us at the center of that ecosystem. We’re minutes from the venues where our event clients work. That proximity means faster turnaround, easier site visits, and the kind of vendor relationship that’s built on actually showing up — not just sending files.

If you produce events in South Florida, you have a signage partner that understands your market, your pace, and your standards. If you’re based elsewhere but producing in the Miami market — destination wedding, brand activation, conference, tradeshow — we’re positioned to support that work with the same level of service we give our local clients.

The events industry in South Florida runs on relationships. Producers, planners, brand teams, and venue partners all talk. Reputation is the only thing that compounds, and reputation is built one event at a time. The planners and brands who choose us do so not because we’re the closest option, but because we’re built to handle the work the way it actually needs to be handled — accurate proofs, real deadlines, finished installs. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, regardless of size.

For events signage projects in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys, we offer direct service without the lead-time complications that come with shipping from out-of-market vendors. We can visit your venue, understand the room, and recommend materials and placements based on what we actually see — not what we assume from a floor plan.
